yay! my first attempt at video editing. I’m pretty satisfied with how it turned out 😀 It’s not a very serious ‘how-to’ video, but it does show the general method of how I study Korean! Enjoy (: And comments will be much appreciated!

totally agree on reading widely! (:

but sometimes i get lazy and don’t search meanings for every single vocab that i don’t know. what i do is to guess the meaning after reading the sentence as a whole, or try to change it to its hanja counterpart if possible. (i just rmbed this was what we were taught to do last time for english comprehensions haha!)

Great post! I was wondering… Do you organize your notebook by source in any way? Like having a section for words from a book as opposed to words from articles or song lyrics?

nope i don’t. ^^ It gets a little difficult finding stuff from my notebooks but I have a rough idea where everything is. I’ll use foolscap paper for words from non-textbooks. It makes things easier since I may skip chapters while reading and it’s easier to organise them in a ring file. ^^

If I print out an article online, I’ll just write everything on the article itself.
