In order to follow my own advice of the importance of fangirling, I’m going to be a more active fangirl towards my Japanese love <3 Hotaru no Hikari 2 was the first 向井理 drama that I’ve watched and I really really liked him there. aww, I wished he got the girl instead ): I’ll watch any drama/movie with him inside. And I like the way he speaks Japanese. heehee
So I’m really excited about this!
I used to watch his videos online and although I don’t really understand anything at all, it helps me get used to the sounds of Japanese.
This reminds me. Here’s another movie that I’m really really looking forward to. If I ever become fluent in Japanese (>,<), the first novel I wanna read is 白夜行.

4 February, 2011 at 12:26 PMScreams! I had that thing when I saw that name~ LOL~ 向井理! I like him! I think fangirling will really help in increasing your interest in the Japanese language.
Paradise Kiss is a really good manga! And 东野圭吾, the author for 白夜行, he’s a bestselling author. Many of his novels have been adapted into movie and dramas.Just keep going, you’ll be able to read them soon! 頑張って!^^

4 February, 2011 at 11:11 PMI’ve read Paradise Kiss, but I did’t know there was a drama… and the movie seems so interesting. I wan’t to watch them both. I wish I could read the book, but it’s difficult to buy them from here (-_-;)

4 February, 2011 at 11:19 PMi think ordering online will be a cheaper option. Singapore do sell korean books (very limited) at some places, but they are SO expensive :/
We have a Japanese bookstore though (kinokuniya) and I’m really tempted to get 白夜行 even though I doubt I can read past the 1st sentence or so given my proficiency now. (>,<)

5 February, 2011 at 12:03 AMOrdering online is the only option in Spain, but the postage and packing is so expensive, that it’s not worth it. The only books in Japanese I have, either I bought them in Japan or in London, or a japanese friend sent them to me.
Although there´s a library here that has books in Japanese.^^
ganbatte with Japanese! Now that I have more or less the level to read books, and understand well somethings I’ve realised how much I love this language. I hope someday I feel the same way about Korean.
