A little late in posting this, but I’ve finished book 2 of 전우치!!!! The sense of satisfaction! 😀
Those who have been following the blog will know that I love love love love these books. The books arrived in late October last year, and I’ve blogged about the books HERE and I’ve talked about finishing Book 1 on Nov 27! And on 4th Jan 2013, I’ve finished the second book! <3 All 400 pages of it!
SO HAPPY. And I’m super proud of the fact that I didn’t even do a “detailed reading” (which means I don’t look up all the words I don’t know) but I still managed to understand everything ^^ Checked out a few words every now and then but that’s about it.
The story is super awesome and I’ve been learning loads. ^^ A totally different tale from what you have seen in the movie/drama and it’s also different from the original folklore. Nonetheless super enjoyable for what it is!
I’m now 50 pages into the third book and loving it 😛 Things are coming together and I really had to resist the temptation to flip through the book for more spoilers. I was soooo tempted to flip to the back of the book but decided that I won’t do it 😛
On the other hand, I’m about halfway through the first book of the contemporary Korean history set I’ve gotten. SO DIFFICULT. I’m now stuck at a part. ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Have to re-read again later on. Super lost.
Thanks for all the encouragement regarding the e-book! 꾸준히 쓰고 있습니다!! Hopefully I can show it to you guys soon <3
