[Korean Audioblog] 여유 찾기

2 October, 2017

omg my first Korean audioblog in 2017 😛

I don’t know if my Korean is getting better (or likely worse), so you guys can be the judge hahaha. (I think it got worse..)

A rather productive morning where I read close to a chapter of the book. Feels good to have some me-time finally.

Thinking of restarting the Special Series – Korean learners, interested to hear more about your learning journey too. Would anyone be keen to participate? 😀 Let me know in the comments below!

    1. I’d be interested to see you progress in your Korean output skills but the only for that to happen is for you to output a lot on a consistent basis. As far as this blog is concerned you output sporadically so I don’t expect any significant improvement. For me and my Japanese I do a lot of talking to myself In Japanese since I live in America and I know I’ve improved a lot since way back when and I credit that to mass input and my output

    1. Why are you so obsessed with studying Korean? You’ve done enough textbooks. Why don’t you just do what you want to do in Korean while looking up words you don’t know.( and not hand write the definition and example esentence into a notebook): I think you have to accept that you’re past “studying” Korean and just focus consuming native material that you love while looking up and figuring out whatever you need to. Clearly you don’t enjoy studying Korean since you prefer to other stuff other than hardcore studying. Why do you think studying is even effective???’ Unless you stop doing this textbook and studying nonsense you’re never gonna get fluent. There’s too many words you have to learn that’s just better learned via mass consumption of native material vs textbook or note copying nonsense. How long do you want to take to feel fluent in Korean? You have to be objective and try new things out . By the way if you want to study Korean everyday start an anki deck. Granted I don’t do my deck everyday but for me it’s a great having something to do when I have free time like waiting in line etc….

    1. I think this is my first comment on your blog! Anyways just wanna say I’m really envious of your Korean pronunciation even if you think it got worse etc ^_______^ Please do more audioblogs!

    1. I’m interested in participating in your Korean learner series! I’m just an occasional reader but I’d love to do something with you. Maybe an audio or video interview even if you’re interested! I’ve been learning Korean for almost 4 years now and am taking TOPIK in a month. >< Hoping to get level 6!

      1. Hi Shawn! 🙂

Thanks for dropping by and expressing interest! 😀 Will drop you an email!
