7 In Japanese learning journey (:

Today is the day for useless blog posts. ^^ Feeling restless, so decided to spend today just doing what I want. Which essentially means nothing. For fear of totally forgetting my Japanese, I have started to watch Big Bang’s Japanese videos again. Now that they are so active in Japan and that SR is going to stay there for a bit, I think I have quite a lot of content to keep myself happy.

I actually understood most of what they said!!!! 😀 Which is damn strange seeing how I can’t explain how I can understand. I probably won’t be able to produce any Japanese and for example if they used X word in the video and you ask me to produce the word X by giving me the English translation, I won’t be able to do it. But somehow I just know what X word means when I hear it. O.o Strange.

SEUNGRI’S JAPANESE IS SO GOOD. Proves how much effort he has been making. It’s not just simply ‘being in Japan’ that will miraculously improve your Japanese. All that effort that was put in are unseen. I can only imagine how hard he worked.

you should look/branch into japanse artists/people since their intonation is off and sometimes they make mistakes with speaking. yo know it makes most to learn from japanese people. I don’t see why you won’t be able to find japanese people you like but anyways… go at whatever pace you’d like

if it’s like boa or sooyoung from snsd then their japanese is goooood though.

but i do agree with you that his Japanese has improved lots.

here’s an interesting episode of himitsu no arashi-chan….

I only remember that she spoke babigo.

Hello!! Yeah i agree native speakers is still the best source of input so ive also been watching alot of anime/japanese dramas. The main reason why i love the BB videos is that they motivate me to learn Japanese and it gives me a connection to the language. ^^
