Studying Japanese really put things to perspective for me. I know that I’m biased towards Korean, but now I know how much I am biased toward the language. ._____.
Sometimes people tell me that they cannot remember Korean vocabulary and the answer I always give is that ‘read more. After you come across a word a few times, you will remember it’. I still stick to my own advice, but I realized that I do have more difficulty remembering Japanese vocabulary compared to Korean ones. Usually, I can remember a word in Korean after I looked it up once. Twice at most. Or at worst, I’ll forget the meaning but have a vague memory that I’ve search it up before.
I don’t seem to have this power for Japanese lol. D:
So random. But I’m doing some language therapy after doing my readings. D:
Blasting this song on repeat. ^^ RMPW is one of the reasons I look forward to each new week. I wish the show will go on for a while more. Japanese dramas are too short!
I think the first Japanese song I’m going to learn is the opening for Hana Yori Dango anime. Makes sense, it was the first thing that got me into Japanese and I love love love the song. It practically defined a part of my childhood. hehehe.
Studying Japanese now~ Reading a dialogue on牛丼. HUNGRY.
