Listening to My Girl’s OST while blogging on my old powerbook right now. It’s a little slow but I’m totally glad it’s still working after these years. Listening to my old playlist in iTunes makes me feel like I’m back to those old days. Typing away on my com, studying and having nothing to worry about. Ok, I’ve digressed.
Sometimes I wonder if I *might* have gave up on learning korean without this blog or my naver blog. Part of the fun of learning korean definitely comes from the people that I’ve gotten to know through my blogs, the interaction we have (whether through comments, emails or in person) and the joy of being able to share our experiences.
The feedback and encouragement that I’ve gotten from my korean friends gave me loads of motivation. As mentioned before, there are people around me who questioned or even mocked (?) my passion for Korean, citing reasons like the uselessness of a foreign language, blah blah blah.
I’m sure some of you have encountered similar experiences. But I’m really glad to have known all of you who share the same love as me (:
Exams is just around the corner (next week) and I’m supposed to be revising. I have been *ahem* too caught up in watching my dramas and I’ve already come up with a TO WATCH list for this summer! 😀 yay~!
okies, I shall attempt some revision before ending the day with some korean studying ^^
