A day without a highlighter

I will never ever leave house with a (non novel) book without a highlighter. x.x

To backtrack a little, I received a package from TWOCHOIS the other day and I was super excited to get started on the books.

Brought the 한국어 유의어 사전 out for abit of light reading on the subway today and I was totally horrified when I realised I don’t have a highlighter.

Omg how am I supposed to study and learn?!
I cannot progress without a highlighter

Ya i went a little mad. There was just this sense of unease and nagging feeling that I won’t be able to learn and absorb without a highlighter

(The drama queen in me)

In the end I had to use a blue pen to underline the new vocabulary and then bracket some of the important points D:

I seriously felt unhappy while doing it. So I decided to stop reading and spend the rest of the train ride blogging instead.
The first thing I’m doing when I get home is to beeline for the highlighter and highlight the parts I marked out.

Did I mention that I will only use a certain brand of highlighter?

Yes this is the brand! I love two-ended highlighters and usually I get the yellow and green ones. And I love the handmade pencil case Gillian gave me ^^ (it’s upside down)

I’m so obsessed with stationery and routines. >< heh Anyway I'm finally home and reunited with my highlighter. /End of dramatic story
