It’s the time of the year for new year resolutions. It’s a start to have them written down, because having resolutions is the first step to achieving them. Or so I believe. At least you know what you want to achieve.
Most of my resolutions have to do with #languages, because I’m a #languagenerd.
1. TOPIK Level 6
Yes I aim to get this in 2013, preferably by the Apr exam. People tell me I work super hard but I think that I didn’t work hard enough. If not I would have gotten it by 2012 D:
2. Be able to read Korean in the speed I read Chinese
Which in my opinion, is quite fast. I think. And be able to read Korean in the speed I read English by 2014.
3. Learn to be true to myself
I like to convince myself otherwise even though I kinda know what I want and what I don’t. Follow my heart and not have any more regrets.
4. Go back to Korea again.
I will find a way.
5. Keep blogging at this rate
6. This is a secret
7. This is a secret too
8. Unfortunately this is a secret too.
9. Get rid of that Korean accent in my Japanese.
10. Be happy
Yes unfortunately this is something that I have to learn to do. ><;
p.s. Meant to publish this on the 1st but I was having too much fun lol.

3 January, 2013 at 1:43 AMNice goals! You haven’t been happy? But I guess we are all unhappy at times. We just need to look for the silver lining in everything! 😀

4 January, 2013 at 6:09 AMGood luck with your new year’s resolutions! I failed in mine last year. They included taking the TOPIK exam… or at least improving to be able to do the intermediate past papers. I wanted to take the level 2 JLPT, never got around to revising enough. Improve my French…. And I also promised myself to sent Christmas cards and birthday cards early. This year I ended up sending them even later than last year. -.- 24th of December.
Not sure if I’ll succeed in my New Year’s resolutions this year. Actually didn’t write any, just made plans. 😀

4 January, 2013 at 11:19 AMhehe i can’t even remember my 2012 resolutions, if I even had them in the first place ><; wow I don't think I can juggle with both Asian and Romance languages. Somehow I always find Romance languages immensely difficult. Tried learning Spanish before, but didn't get anywhere.

8 January, 2013 at 2:05 PMHaha, I love #4. I’m planning on doing a semester there in 2014 so hopefully everything will go well for it to happen.
I finally updated my language blog with 2013 language goals on New Year’s Eve, but… I haven’t updated it since. XD I want to get back into my hardworking habit. I’d work, dance, do a ton of stuff and make sure I finished everything I aimed for that day and I want to get back to that. I think that’s my main goal for this year.
The day I can read and type Korean at the speed that I can read and type English will be a GLORIOUS day for me.
